Yes. Every new account starts with 200 free credits — enough to build a full album end-to-end and see the printed-book preview before you decide whether to pay. No credit card required.

Credits are spent on AI work — curating your photos, generating layouts, writing captions, and enhancing image quality. Browsing, editing pages by hand, and sharing albums are always free.

JPEG, PNG, HEIC (iPhone), and WebP. RAW formats are accepted but converted to JPEG during processing. There is no minimum resolution, but higher-resolution photos give better print results.

Yes. You can import directly from Google Photos with one click, drag-and-drop from your computer, or upload from any phone using a QR code. iCloud Photos can be exported and uploaded the same way.

The AI scores every photo for sharpness, exposure, and composition; removes near-duplicates; groups photos by face, scene, and date; and selects a balanced mix that tells the story of your album. You can override any choice in the editor.

Yes — every page, photo, caption, theme, and layout is fully editable. The AI gives you a strong starting point; you stay in control of the final result.

Yes. Sustain can turn still photos into short animated clips that gently move and play inside your digital album — a paid feature you can turn on per photo. It's a lovely way to bring key moments to life.

Once your album is built, you can mark it up with notes — like reviewing a draft — and submit them all at once. Sustain's AI comes back with concrete fixes that you approve or skip one by one, so you stay in control of every change.

The AI builds a first draft in 2-5 minutes for a typical album. Reviewing and tweaking it usually takes another 10-30 minutes — far less than building one from scratch.

We ship worldwide via professional print partners. Production takes 3-5 business days; shipping takes another 3-10 business days depending on your location. Tracked shipping is included.

Books are produced by professional photo-book printers using premium hardcover binding and archival-quality paper. Layout, bleed, and color profiles are handled automatically so your printed book matches what you see on screen.

The other tools give you a blank canvas and ask you to drag photos in one at a time. Sustain uses AI to do the curation and layout for you. You can still customize everything, but you start from a finished album, not an empty page.

Yes. Your photos are stored privately on Sustain's servers and used only to build your albums. They are not shared with third parties, sold, used for advertising, or used to train any external AI models.

No. Your photos are not used to train Sustain's AI or any third-party AI. Image processing happens on our own infrastructure. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Yes. Every album has a private shareable link. You control who sees it; you can disable the link at any time. Anyone with the link can view your album in their browser — no account required.

Yes. Invite others by email to view, comment on, or edit an album together. Collaboration is great for family yearbooks, wedding albums, and travel books with multiple contributors.

The interface is available in English, Hebrew, Spanish, and Dutch. Captions and chapter titles are generated in the language you choose.

Yes. You can delete your account from Settings at any time, and all of your photos, albums, and account data are permanently removed within 30 days. Sustain is GDPR-compliant.

Subscriptions can be refunded within 7 days of purchase if you have not used the service. Unused credit packs are refundable within 14 days. Print orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they go to the printer; defective prints are reprinted or refunded. Full details are in our Terms.

The web app works on all phones and tablets. Native iOS and Android apps are in development; you can use Sustain in any modern mobile browser today.
