Sustain is now on Android

Open the app and From this device suggests albums from the photos already on your phone, grouped by when and where they were taken. Trips and big days stand out on their own. Tap one to review its photos, take out any you do not want, and create the album. Nothing is uploaded until you do.

The Dig up photos bar at the top of Home takes a plain request — a person, a place, a month, a season or a trip. It looks through the photos on your phone and the ones already in your Sustain library, shows what it found from each, and turns the result into an album in one tap.

Pick a format and Sustain places your photos straight away. AI Enhance then goes further: it picks the best shots, drops near-duplicates, groups the photos into chapters, writes captions, chooses a theme and suggests a title. It can take several minutes, depending on how many photos there are, and keeps going in the background, so you can leave the app.

When the build is done, the assistant checks a few choices with you, such as which photo should be the cover. Tap the one you prefer, or type what you want changed — “fewer photos on this page”, “a warmer theme” — and the pages update. Every change can also be made by hand in the editor.

The viewer shows the album the way it will print: page by page, swiping like a real book.

Share link creates a link anyone can open in a browser, with no app or account needed. Family members you invite can view the album, and editors can add their own photos.

Download & Print orders a hardcover, softcover or layflat book shipped to your door. You can also export every page as a print-quality PDF, to keep or to print at home.

The Video export turns the album into a Full HD film with 3D page turns, gently moving photos and music. You can close the app while it renders; it appears under Exports when it is ready, and you can save it or share it straight to social apps.
